The Servo Coil Inserting Machine is a high-precision automatic equipment designed for stator coil insertion processes of small induction motors. It is widely used in the manufacturing of air conditioner motors, washing machine motors, compressor motors, fan motors, generator motors, pump motors, and other miniature motor applications.

This machine is mainly used to automatically insert pre-wound coils into stator slots, enabling efficient, stable, and standardized stator production.     Under the same stator specifications, the machine can automatically insert coils made of copper wire or aluminum wire, expanding its application flexibility.

    With a production cycle time of ≤16 seconds per piece (excluding auxiliary time), the machine achieves a first-pass copper wire insertion qualification rate of ≥98.5% and a repaired qualification rate of ≥99.5%.

    The paper inserting mechanism and wire pushing mechanism feature pre-deceleration functions, ensuring smoother movement, reduced mechanical impact, and improved equipment durability.
