March 2nd, 2022, the NIDE plant project located in the core area of Lingfeng modern industrial park was officially started. This is the first major industrial project started in the industrial park, which has laid a solid foundation for the park to make a “good start”.
Nide project is one of the first batch of high-quality industrial projects in the Park attracted and landed according to the “double track connection” land use mechanism, and it is also the second “double track connection” land use mechanism project started. The project plant covers an area of 16818 ㎡, and the main buildings are 4-storey production workshop and 7-storey office room. The total investment of the project is 130 million yuan. It is planned to be completed by the end of 2023.

Our company has been troubled by the plant before. Lin Qifa, chairman of our company, told reporters that at present, the company has five office and production sites, and some employees can only see him one day a week. “It’s an important time for our company to start a new production base. Now it’s very difficult for us to start a new production base.”
After the plant is completed and put into use, it will provide perfect supporting facilities and a good development environment for the settlement of Nide project, and will further help Nide expand the motor production capacity of new energy vehicles and better seize the commanding heights of the industry. “After the completion of this project, we will integrate the headquarters and scattered bases here, mainly for the R & D and production of a complete set of equipment for automatic, intelligent and information-based production of new energy driven motors, which provides better conditions for enterprises to improve production efficiency and scientific management. “At that time, the production capacity will reach about three times of the existing production capacity, which will provide great help for the future development of our enterprise.”
The “dual track connection” land use mechanism also allows enterprises to pack light. “Because of the participation of our industrial investment, it has also helped to reduce our financial pressure.” Lin Qifa said, “Nide machinery is not a local enterprise in Beilun District, but Beilun government departments take the business of the enterprise as their own business. The rapid progress of the project is inseparable from Beilun’s good business environment.”
This also makes the chairman more energetic. He said that he hopes to build the enterprise into a model of “specialization and innovation” through about five years of efforts, and strive to be successfully listed on the science and innovation board and gem within five years, become a top enterprise in the field of motor manufacturing, and help the development of national new energy vehicles.
